Hi, I’m Stella.

A lifelong learner with an insatiable curiosity about the human body, so I’m not surprised by the (unconventional, yet absolutely necessary) work that I do today as a
Somatic Educator & Cycle Coach.

Ever since I was a child I was drawn to being in nature, eating fresh veggies from my father’s garden and running around our yard barefoot.

Before I was radically shifting how women(x) connect to their true selves, I worked in the health sector with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Australia, and people living with HIV/AIDS and women(x) accessing prenatal care in Canada.

Although I adored my work, something was missing. I felt a deep disconnect to myself. A series of events brought me to complete my yoga teacher training - and today, with a cumulation of over 1000h of training - I realize this was just the beginning of my journey back to my authentic, free and cyclical self.

As invested as I was about health and wellness, it took me a hella long time to truly connect to my body. What do I mean by this? Well, even though I was teaching yoga, eating well and doing “all the things”, I still felt like something was missing. Parts of me were numb and disconnected.

I had a hard exterior, was forever rebelling against something, and showing up as a “hyper-independent” woman(x). Ultimately, I wouldn’t let anyone in. I was functioning solely out of (wounded) masculine energy, had little connection to my cycle, and was largely ignoring my physical and emotional needs.

One way my imbalances manifested was by the intense premenstrual symptoms I experienced, every. single. month. Ranging from extreme bloating, erratic mood swings, tender breasts, heaviness in my legs and a sore lower back. I was so out of touch with myself, that I thought these were “normal” symptoms to get before my period.

My yogic journey laid the foundation to all the inner-work I was about to unveil, but it is not what ultimately connected me to my body.

So, what finally allowed me to connect to my body?

The two key things that shifted everything for me was (is) Cyclical living and Somatic experiencing.

I’m grateful for my journey, the struggles, and twists and turns. That is because my initial disconnection to my womb, needs and feminine essence is what has brought me to do the work that I now share with hundreds of women.

I’ve experienced first hand the profound benefits of living a cyclical and embodied life. For me that means: no more suffering through drastic PMS symptoms, feeling more open and connected to my body than ever before, and being able to receive and welcome pleasure into my life, daily.

Now, it’s my deepest honor to help you feel better in your body, reconnect to your cycle and feminine essence.

SOULFUL TRAVELER

As a child I remember flipping through old National Geographic magazines and being in absolute awe of all the different landscapes, animals, and cultures glaring back at me. I wanted to see the world! So from the moment I was old enough to travel (and had saved enough money), I began traveling. 20+ years later - my enthusiasm has remained the same. Part of my desire when traveling is to fully LIVE the experience, so I often spend a lot of time in the countries I visit, venture off into remote areas, immersing myself in the local culture, volunteering or working there. I’m an intentional, slow, soulful kinda traveler.

Keeping it real

True to my defined sacral center, I choose to show up in the world in ways that are aligned to my values and passions. Whether that be in my work or in my personal life, you can be certain that I follow my curiosity and the things that light me up and fill me with joy. Basically, if I am doing it, you know damn well it’s meaningful to me and it is exactly what I want to be doing.

Community & connection

As an extroverted introvert, I’m fuelled by a deep sense of community and connection (with a balance of my much needed solo time to recharge). Creating spaces where we can gather, share vulnerably and foster real connection is my jam.

Every woman(x) deserves a life where she can thrive as a cyclical human, love and accept herself, feel embodied, free and anchored in who she truly is.

Let’s work together

Are you ready to transform how you relate to, and experience your body, womb and pleasure?

Breaking patterns, creating a new reality and stepping into the life you truly desire can be scary. Know that you don’t have to do it alone.
